Every litigation vendor you work with today such as Trial Director and Summation, if they don't have an App for the iPad2, they soon will and in the mean time if you just need to play back a video just play it.

Home FaceTime is perfect for one on one where the Mr. Hubbard and the witness need to sea each other, but when more than one need to see the witness, as opposed to just attending by phone and you have a Mac, PC, or smart phone, we will use FuzeMeeting which is a service Mr. Hubbard provides at his expense, and why not, it only costs $69 per month for unlimited usage and many can join in after they have been given a security pass code as you would to enter into an AT&T conference call.
Caution is Warranted
Mr. Hubbard will always want to set up an appointment to test your equipment before we do the real thing. The first time will be with you in your office with the very devices you will be using. He wants to hear you say, "You've proven to me we can do this. I will confirm with you that I will have Wi-Fi where I am going." If we have an uneventful experience it's a go for us.
You will arrive 30 minutes early to the location where you will be broadcasting the streaming video and we will make sure that your device is still configured properly and as mentioned elsewhere you will have known in advance from the location where you will be that they support Wi-Fi for your iPad2 or if you have a PC or Mac, they have ethernet fast-cable access to the Internet.
This is why when you travel the world to take depositions that it is best to notice the witness and the parties to a virtual executive suite that will relieve you and Mr. Hubbard of nuncessary worries that will not exist as they always have trained IT personnel on staff to hold your hand and make your next out-of-town business trip a memorable one
